About Springfest

A Season of Rotary Events                                BRT cert image 1a

The Rotary Club of Ballarat is delighted to once again deliver our annual SpringFest Season of Events. This year’s SpringFest Market Sunday is scheduled for the 27th of November.

Last year our SpringFest events raised over $70,000. This money has been returned to many of the deserving charitable groups in Ballarat who work with volunteers, such as ourselves. This funding allows the charities to continue to function and provide their valuable services to the community. A small portion of the funds also goes to Rotary International to support the eradication of polio globally and also to provide assistance during disasters. Our Target this year is $100,000.

All SpringFest events are organised and staffed by volunteers and worked on for a full year by the members of the Rotary Club of Ballarat, with valuable assistance from many sources. No professional event organisers are employed, to ensure that every available dollar is ploughed back into the Ballarat community.

We have been proud to serve the city in this way and would like to extend an invitation to all people to join us on Market Sunday to help us raise funds for the Ballarat community and meet this year’s target.

Proceeds raised from the 2015 Springfest Season of Events supported these local community groups:
