We strongly recommend leaving your dog at home for SpringFest Ballarat.

SpringFest Ballarat attracts large crowds, busy market areas, loud music, and many small children, which may be overwhelming or unsafe for pets and patrons alike.

For everyone’s comfort and safety, we kindly ask you to consider whether this event is the right environment for your furry friend.

Event photographers will be capturing the fun throughout the day. Images may be used in promotional material. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify the photographer or event staff.

Lost & Found Property

Visit the Information Marquee located next to Pipers Cafe in area E, during the event to check for or report lost items. After the event, email: info@ballaratspringfest.com.au with a description of your lost item.

Emergencies & First Aid

A dedicated First Aid station will located next to Pipers Cafe in area E and clearly signed on event day. All event staff wearing fluoro vests can assist in an emergency and are in direct contact with the First Aid team.

Weather Contingency

SpringFest is an all-weather event and will go ahead rain or shine. In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, updates will be announced at the event, posted on our website and social media.

Money & Payments

While most stalls accept EFTPOS or card payments, we recommend bringing cash as well. With large crowds, EFTPOS systems can sometimes slow down, and having cash makes for quicker, easier transactions. Please note, ATMs will be available onsite.

Environment & Waste

We encourage all visitors to:

  • Bring a reusable water bottle to fill at water stations
  • Use recycling and waste bins properly
  • Bring reusable shopping bags
  • Avoid single-use plastics where possible
