SpringFest Ballarat – Market Sunday, returns in 2024
SpringFest Ballarat – Market Sunday has been an entrenched institution on the annual Ballarat Events Calendar and it has been so since 1994. The Rotary Club of Ballarat are delighted to confirm Market Sunday is returning in 2024.

Get ready for the biggest SpringFest Ballarat ever! The vibrancy, the energy, the community spirit… it’s all returning this year and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
LOCATION: “Gardens Precinct” Lake Wendouree – Last year, we introduced a new footprint, stretching from Carlton Street to St Aidans Drive, along Lake Wendouree, this delightful new area will be the location again in 2024 bursting with SpringFest magic!
With an amazing array of stalls (over 450 to browse), music floating on the breeze, and laughter lighting up the air, there is something for everyone at SpringFest Ballarat. From, foodie delights to artisanal crafts, from stunning local art to engaging kids’ activities – we’ve got it all!
Mark your calendars, folks! Sunday 24th November 2024. This year, SpringFest Ballarat is bigger, better, and more blooming beautiful than ever!

2024 Stall Holder Listing

The Ballarat Tramway Museum
The Ballarat Tramway Museum will be open from 10am to 4pm on SpringFest Ballarat – Market Sunday. Located in the South end of the Botanical Gardens, you can explore their new Museum building, which has up to seven tramcars on display along with various exhibitions and activities. The trams on display include Horse Tram No. 1 of 1887 and examples of early Victorian trams built prior to 1920. Well worth a look!
